i want m-files of coding hdb3.........

I am doing project on E1-modem,in this how to generate HDB3 voltage levels.I know TTL voltage levels are using in this but how to interface this voltage levels i.e Tx+,Tx-,Rx+,Rx-

The bit of circuitry you are missing is called a "Line Interface Unit" (a.k.a. LIU). It will generate the voltages you require and also perform clock and data recovery. You will also need a transformer.
