16 Bit Microcontroller
This is A 16 bit CPU, optimized for the execution of C programs.The CPU requires about 800 Xilinx slices, or about 1000 slices for a complete system on a chip with serial I/O and a few other I/O interfaces. The CPU comes with an assembler, a C compiler, and a few applications including a preemptive multitasking OS using less than 7000 bytes. The CPU has been tested with an Avnet 100E evaluation board running at 40 MHz together with an optional 32kx8 SRAM (15 ns). Browse source code here.
