There's a JPEG encoder and decoder available.
If you downloaded the sources you got them both.
Check the opencores mailing list for a gazillion hits on "send me the MP3
code"

Is the (very great) video compression core only for compression or is
there a decompressor as well?
I downloaded the src and i couldnt find any. Also, is there any mp3
decoders?
