Subject: [oc] Question on Ethernet MAC 10/100 Mbps
MIIM uses 2 signals MDC and MDIO and is used for management purposes. You
can control the PHY with it (mode of operation, link status, etc)
MII interface is used to transfer the data. And BDs are related to this
operation.
