    Hi Fabrizio,

    I'll be more specific on the "exclusive" part. Your sources need to be in
    the OpenCores CVS, but you can have an exported package of your CVS sources
    on another web site. If your sources are published on another web site, then
    your sources need to have an exclusive reference to OpenCores web site. If
    you don't publish your sources on another web site, then your sources can
    refer to a third party web site.

    This policy is in order to have some genuine valuable content on OpenCores
    web site/cvs. The policy might change.
