    Which project are you compiling? Did you check out the project
    in the last days? I've changed JOP to use the new SimpCon interface
    to IO devices and the main memory. I've probably not updated each
    project up to now. However, cycmin and cyc12min should work
    out-of-the-box. You can also try to use the Makefile.
