Not a complete model with source code, but a masters thesis about
development of a BT baseband model in C:

Seems to contain lots of goodies that you might need to verify your model.
(Google is your friend.)
BTW: You are not implementing a BT baseband RTL-model in SystemC are you?
Good system modelling language? Yes. RTL implementation language? No.
