    Start at Digilentinc.com. Once you have some basic understanding of how ISE works, go back to digilentinc.com and download Adept SDK, DPIMREF.VHDL, and the DPCDEMO source C files. between these two applications and their documentation you should be able to make heads or tales of this. I have been working on just such a project for a few weeks. If you need further assistance please contact me off the message boards.
