Subject: [oc] I need some help on FGPAs.
For getting started with ISE, as I had the same problem with it at first (it wasn't easy to just guess my way through how to use it), I recommend these videos: http://www.digilent.us/Support/Videos.html
They walk you through basic operation of ISE.
If you need more help though, the xilinx forums are very good for this kind of thing.
