OpenCores is not associated with any fabs, all free IP Cores
here are available to all. You really should select a fab first
based on your needs, budget and quantity. You might find that
some fabs wont even want talk to you if your quantity is not
high enough. Once you select a fab, you should ask them what
kind of IPs they provide.
