    If all you are interested is in timing analysis of large netlists, use pathmill
    or timemill from synopys (if they can give free copy for synthesis, they
    might give you free copy of timemill/pathmill). The results are very close to
    hspice. The netlist can be in verilog but leaf cells have to be spice decks.
    In other words design input is verilog netlist and library is spice models.
