Subject: [oc] soft STS-1 framer core
STS-1 framer core included here, can transport the DS-1 data through
it, which is floating in nature. The data is mapped to VT1.5s, VT Groups,
SPE then finally to STS-1 frame. Payload is floating. The overhead bytes
for errors and tracing etc are included. New features are getting
included. Suggestions are invited to improve the design.
