Subject: [oc] Virtex2 configuration problem
Is it a factory board or a design of yours? Does the software detect
your device properly in the beginning? What are the error messages when
you try programming it? I am still using ISE5.2.03i and haven't seen
problems with JTAG for long time. However, older versions had some
glitches.
