    Hi all. Thanks for your responses on the BGA mounting question. I have
    chosen to have an assembly house do it.



    I just bought a new book today, Hacking the Xbox. I have really enjoyed
    it so far. In one chapter he explains how he hacked the HyperTransport
    bus (like LVDS type signaling) using a Xilinx FPGA. He used this to
    sniff the ROM encryption key and decode the Boot Loader. He also
    mentions opencores in his book, yah!
