USART as in "Universal Serial Async Receiver Transmitter"? Please invest 60
seconds of browsing opencores project's page and you will find most likely
at least three if not more. One comes under the name of UART16550 and is
silicon proven, don't know about the others. Now please say thank you and
next time browse first, ask questions second.
