Maybe the Excalibur would be a good stuff. Do you know if the Cyclone
    family is compatible with Excalibur?

For example, if i have a design working on Excalibur. Can I recompile my
design specifying the target device for Cyclone FPGA?

2ns question, Does the Excalibur can support the Nios processor in a
    new design?

    Regards

    Christian
