    Subject: [usb] Low Speed devices
    Top
Most of the traditional micro controller companies have devices which
include low and full speed USB interfaces.

    For example:

    http://www.atmel.com/dyn/products/devices.asp?family_id=655
    http://www.cypress.com/
    http://www.microchip.com/ParamChartSearch/chart.aspx?branchID=111&mid=&lang=en&pageId=74

One of these should fill your requirements.
