Subject: [usb] why allow missing one J state in phy 1.1
    Top
    Hi all,

In the USB 1.1 PHY core, why it is allowed to miss one J state when
    finding sync pattern?

Also , in the last state (K4) of finding sync pattern, why it will not
return a sync_err if failing at that state?

    Regards,
    TOM
