Subject: [usb] "usbf" question about Endpoint CSR register

The usbf Endpoint CSR register (EP_CSR) has
two fields:
 EP_TYPE (2 bits): (Control, IN, OUT, Reserved)
 TR_TYPE (2 bits): (Interrupt, Isoch, Bulk, Reserved)

How would these two fields be set for the following
endpoint types:
  Control (bidir)
  Bulk (IN)
  Bulk (OUT)
  Interrupt
  Isochronous
