    No.  It means to clear the stall on endpoint in question; in this case it is 0.  However, you are right, it is a redundant action on EP0.

    If there is a function stall to or more non-control endpoints, the Host can send a ClearFeature to clear the stall of any specific endpoint. What happens when the Host sends a ClearFeature to endpoint0 (the standard control endpoint)?  This is not meant to clear the stall for endpoint0 because any setup stage would clear the endpoint0 STALL.  Does this mean to clear all non-control endpoints STALLs? I could not find the answer in the USB2.0 specification.
