Subject: [usb] Regarding USB 1.1 host controller IP

Can any body tell me the difference between the host controller and 
device controller. As far as I understand, device controller will fit in USB 
devices like mice kbd etc and host fits on mother board side. 
So now my problem is, can we use same Physical Interface ( Sipex 
5301) for Device controller IP? I tried it but my backend signals dont 
match.
