Subject: [usb] New Specification Released

I have updated the specification. Mostly minor changes and typo fixes.
The new specification is V 0.9b.

The changes include:
- Some minor typing fixes
- Added a brief discussion about PID sequencing
- Modified the interrupts
- Modified the WISHBONE interface


Please take some time and review the specification.

The next release will be the "final" version (V 1.0)
