    Hi Ailia,
    This busybox message "/bin/sh: can't access tty; job control turned
    off" should be harmless.

    You should be able to stop the irq spew(serial8250: too much work for
    irq2)by simply hitting a key on your keyboard. There is also a
    temporary workaround posted on the bug list which you can easily
    implement(change a #define and recompile).

    As far as permissions are concerned you should be able to change these
    yourself. You probably can rebuild the kernel in a different directory
    as well.
