Hi MarkThere is a free high performance simulator (500Mips) at http://www.ovpworld.org This site also provides a Windows toolchain, for the OR1K specific information, please take a look at http://www.ovpworld2.org/download_OR1K.php you will need to register to download the Simulator and toolchain.
