Subject: [openrisc] asking help

Hi,
Can you tell me how to use the "OpenRisc 1200 Graphic Configuration Tool" core?

I have done as the file "readme" saying by typing "make xconfig" into the command line ,but there is no
a Graphic Configuration Window opened,and there is "wish -f or1200.tk".
Can you tell me why and the detail?
how do the ".tk " files execute?
