    Hi Anthonyyi,
    Can you telnet? The MOF sim config file out of the box is set up allow
    you to telnet to port 127.0.0.1 10084(telnet 127.0.0.1 10084) from
    another window, perhaps you have already tried this. And this should
    work giving you full access.
