Subject: [openrisc] build install of binutils is giving error
hi all
i am trying to install bin utilities in or1k-install directory by
procedure
$mkdir b-b
$cd b-b
$../binutils/binutils-2.16.1/configure --target=or32-uclinux
--prefix=/home/anonymous/or1k/or1k-install
$make
after make command following error is being displayed
>checking whether free must be declared... no
>checking whether getenv must be declared... no
>*** BFD does not support target or32-unknown-uclinux.
>*** Look in bfd/config.bfd for supported targets.
>make: *** [configure-bfd] Error 1
why this error is coming ?
please help me in this regard.
