Hi Mike, Do you mean National Semiconductor? I am not sure about uclinux, but there are lots of 838xx type National Semiconductor devices supported under linux 2.6.x.
Perhaps you could find something similar and port it if you have or can get the datasheets. Or maybe somebody on the list has something for uclinux.
I assume you are using uclinux because you don't want MMU support?
