    Well unofficialy:
    http://openrisc.rdsor.ro/ToolChain/

There are RPMS and source packages:

gcc-or32-3.4.2 booth in RPM/SRPM form [made from latest opencores CVS]
binutils-or32-2.11.93 [made from latest opencore CVS plus a small gcc4 patch]

or: binutils-or32-2.15 is booth in RPM/SRPMS form [made by porting efforts, but unofficial for now]

Every package is buildable/builded on Fedora platform, they contains small patches to
be able to compile gcc4. They are unofficial now, but are tested well by myself and Matjaz.
If you use other linux flavor you can unpack SRPMS and use tarball's from tham to compile by hand.

Unfortunatley I make only gcc/binutils aviable, I work right now for ork1sim/gdb/newlib to pack it in a
fashionable form especialy because there are people on the list who hit in trouble compiling newlib or using or1ksim.

BTW, if you have binutils/gcc porting skills you are very wellcomed to help us, gratly apreciate people who
    contribute :)
