    Probably. You should add your name to the binutils MAINTAINERS file
    too.

    All the code in gas/config/tc-or32.c inside #ifndef BFD_ASSEMBLER will
    be rendered unusable at some stage. ie. You will need to convert your
    COFF support over to use BFD_ASSEMBLER if you want to keep it.
