    Geez, that is a _realy_ old version of autoconf. I have never used CygWin, but
    haveing a quick look on www.cygwin.org, shows that autoconf version 2.57 is
    availible. The FAQ at http://cygwin.org/faq.html talks about some `CygWin
    Setup' utility, maybe that's what you need.
