Subject: [openrisc] [or1ksim #12] Make simulator command parsing more modular
Hi,

This patch makes the command parsing more modular, easier to extend, and mainly
it moves it out of the main() function. While I was at it I have also fixed
--enable-readline (readline support now works!!).

ChangeLog:
* Modularise simulator command parsing.

PS: The new #7 is still stuck in moderation limbo, unfortionatly #8-#12 depend
on the new #7 to be applied. (In otherwords, could someone `click' it through
rather soon?)
