Hello,

There was a file added recently to uart16550 module and since orp_soc
project links submodules from their respective cvs places into orp_soc
module, when the file uart_sync_flops.v was added the designer adding the
file didn't know to update the orp_soc simulation script. Just add
uart_sync_flops.v to orp_soc/sim/bin/nc.scr and while you doing this you can
also commit the change back to the cvs (first you will have to ask to become
maintainer)
