Subject: [openrisc] New gcc snapshot

Hello,

a new gcc snapshot is available at UC OpenRISC Project. It includes bug
fixes and the promised 64-bit operation optimizations.

I have changed the ABI used by the compiler, and now it is the same used
by OpenCores compiler, so I think it is prepared for branch merging,
unless someone finds any bug.
