Hi,
You can go to http://www.opencores.org/projects/or1k/ORPsoc. There you
will find source files and binaries for running uClinux on Xess board.
This is good starting point. The next thing would be to integrate USB
interface (you will find that on www.opencores.org also) into the
system.
