Subject: [oc] microprocessor for a FPGA
Hey

I used states in vhdl to create a microprocessor for a FPGA. I'm not
sure what this method is called (using states).

Does anybody know what this method is called and perhaps of a few
other methods to create a microprocessor in vhdl?
I would appreciate it if you could please list a few of the advantages
and disadvantages.
