Hello Srikar (i hope this is your first name :) ),
I bought this board from Digilent which from what i understood is also
the manufacturer for all Xilinx development boards. They can fit a
S200, S400 or S1000 onto this board if you pay an extra fee. In my
case it was something like $50. I ordered this version because i was
afraid i will not be able to fit picoblaze into S200.
I downloaded picoblaze for Spartan chips and i will try to see if i
can solve the puzzle of actually creating a small program and then
compile everything and program the chip on my board.

    Thank you for your time,
    Dumitru
