Hi Dumitru, I'm just wondering how come XC3s1000 board is landed over.
Normally Xilinx develops boards for XC3S200 FPGAs. I have searched for the
development boards in XILINX website for more information on the device you
specified. But there were no such boards manufactured by Xilinx. I bilieve
you might have caught up with the reseller board which is not at all good
for your practice. For reference designs of Spartan3 (XC3S200) starter kit
