    can you guys please block emails from "Ravi Setlem" to the
    group ?

    I have emailed him privately about his job postings on
    OpenCores and got a similar response as Umesh got.

    Ravi obviously doesn't know the difference between a Cores
    discussion forum and a job/recruitment forum. I wonder how
    he intends to hire IT professionals with such basic lack of
    understanding and lack of common sense ....

    A followup with the companies he is recruiting for might be
    a good idea as well.
