    My name is Michael U. Bosowski, president of Hollis Electronics Company LLC.
    We manufacturer specialized test equipment and our web site is
    www.holliselectronics.com . We build Bit Error Rate Test Sets, all digital
    Carrier to Noise Generators (CNGs) which have digital power meters and hence
    never require calibration and have accuracies on the order of 0.1 dB. We
    also build channel simulators using the same digital technology of the CNGs
    along with building modems for custom applications. The few messages I saw
    on the discussion board had some people from Intelsat listed as members,
    they would be familiar with our Burst Mode link Analyzer used for measuring
    the Group Delay and Amplitude response of a TDMA system without removing
    revenue carrying traffic. I believe this is enough of an introduction to let
    it be known I have the capabilities to talk knowledgeably about your modem
    requirements.

    I was interested in getting more information on the discussion I saw to see
    if maybe I could contribute anything of consequence and get to know some of
    the engineers involved.

    Thank You;

    Michael U. Bosowski
    President
    Hollis electronics company LLC
