Subject: [oc] Any reference about the optimum operating frenquency of different process ?
Hi, dear elites,

Lately, I am thinking a problem: regarding to any dedicated process, ex.
tsmc .13 or nec .13 etc., is there a optimum operating poing that the
power, delay area product is optimum. If we choose TSMC .13um, we should
know the benefit of the process about its cost. Thus, we should know what
kind of operating frenquency we should operate for the circuit to use the
process's merit instead of 20Mz running on .13um. Does anyone know where
there are such references ?
