What style devices are you targetting and how are they programmed?

works for me for XC9572 and 108.
just several minor changes for -077 to use under linux rh8
delete the reference to CLK_TCK
add -lstdc++ to LDFLAGS
#include </usr/src/linux/include/asm/delay.h>
suid root :(
